I'm about as excited to try Princess as I was to take my first cruise. It's going to be a very hard year or two. I'm interested in the Diamond Princess.

Hi Shaunna, I'm new to this group so pardon my interruption. I sailed out of San Juan last year on the Carribean Princess, almost instantly I was impressed with the ship as comparied to NCI and RCCL. The cleaniness, food and the friendliness of the crew impressed my the most. I know my next cruise will be with Princess. I'm sure you wil not be disappointed!! Just my two cents worth.

Hi Montana and welcome - you are definately not interrupting. These forums are for everyone to join in and we love it when new member just jump right in and offer their opinions. We are looking forward to booking our first Princess cruise shortly so would appreciate any information you may have.

We have sailed on two Princess ships - Golden and Star. I really like the layout of the ships and the Anytime Dining. One of my favorite places to "hang-out" was the aft adult pool especially on port days when I stayed on board. With the overhang back there from the suspended night club above you can even find some good shade... if that's what you want.

Never did the Diamond, but have done several others. We we're never disappointed with anything on Princess.

Hi Carmen we have a bit longer to wait - Nov. 2010 - but we are really looking forward to trying Princess.
