We’re Diamond level with Royal Caribbean, but that’s just because we’re grandfathered in from the old system where they counted number of cruises, not number of nights. We’ve been on twelve Royal Caribbean cruises but several were short ones – I think we only have 53 points with them!

But the best perk we’ve gotten for being Diamond with Royal Caribbean is it automatically made us Elite with Celebrity – and we’ve been really enjoying all of those fantastic Elite benefits on our last few Celebrity cruises!

I find interesting are things so BAD on Royal's Ship Casinos that had to make a deal with a Casino Company?

So your next cruise will almost get you to Emerald! Then you’ll just need a couple of nice long itineraries to get to Diamond – and the really awesome benefits that come with it!!!

I would have been Emerald After this December Cruise, except for that WEIRD Formula Royal used to Convert No#. of Trips TO Criuse Points.

Had Me @ 29 CP Instead of 30 CP For: 21/January/2011

I Do Not know why there is No Recognition With:

C&A Gold => Captain's Club Classic { =X= } => Le Club Voyage Adventurer { Azamara }

It Would ONLY seem to help business

Yeah, it’s strange that they’re not consistent.

IIRC they Took a few Diamond Benefits and Moved them Diamond+ & Pinnacle Club When they Made the Metric Change for C & A on: 21/January/2011

We're Diamond members and we love the perks. We enjoy the appetizers in the Diamond Club , we enjoy the little basket of cookies and fruit snack

and, especially , the coupon book that enables us to get a couple of professional photos for free. We also like the special debarkation treatment that

we just found out about on our last cruise. Also, we get some kind of pastry or eclairs , or something of that nature delivered to the cabin.

I am a new cruiser! just got off the Allure of the Seas! Loved it!

Can someone please let me know where I can find the old member tier chart pre 21 January 2011 for Crown and Anchor and how they converted past cruise points into number of nights?

Thank you!

I keep hearing rumors RCCL is adding a level between Diamond Plus and Pinnacle. If so it doesn't seem worth it as a Diamond to get to Diamond Plus if the new level and Pinnacle will be the only ones to use the concierge lounge, plus the suite guests. Any thoughts?

I am diamond plus on RC but have started cruising on other lines because of the huge jump from Diamond Plus to Pinnacle. It is such a big jump I know I will never achieve it (unless of course I hit the Powerball lottery for mega-millions)

I have been Diamond Plus since the beginning and still am. I now have close to 500 points but I may never make Pinnacle. The gap is just too big. I also cruise other lines.

So I really wonder if it is worth it to reach for Diamond Plus from Diamond if eventually all will use the diamond lounge?
