Getting to Port Liberty

We're arriving at Penn Station, NY for a trip out of Port Liberty NJ. We've always left the port of NY, which is almost walking distance. What's the best and most cost efficient way of reaching Port Liberty - taxi, Uber car, Limo? Thanks.

Have you called Penn Station to see what they recommend? I just went through this with arriving at Hobby Airport and sailing out of Galveston. Interesting that the hotel in Galveston recommended the limo but the airport ground transportation said that the taxi will be half the cost.
