COMPLETE REVIEW

I really don't have much to add to Chris's review. We were at our daughter's house in Old Bridge, NJ for 5 days before our cruise. On the morning of our cruise we left her house with my son-in-law driving(we were lucky we didn't have to pay to park.) to pick up our friends at Newark airport. We proceeded to the pier at about ten thirty and at eleven thirty we were having lunch on the Lido. Very uneventful embarkation. As usual our rooms was large and spacious ....The New York skyline from our balcony was awesome........

The meals were great and we had great company. Chris and Karen are fun and we feel we have known them forever.

The Carnival Legend is a beautiful ship and spotless. Our room steward was great. We never had to want for anything. Bermuda was great and we were one of the couples that rented the scooters. I thought it was a blast. We drove from the Royal Naval Dockyard to Hamilton. My friend Maureen wouldn't get back on the scooter so she took the ferry back and Ken, me and her husband Dan rode back on the scooters. The next day we took the ferry and then the bus to St. Georges which also was beautiful and the beaches and scenery you pass along the way are unbelievable. The public transportation is easy and really no need for a car....I asked the bus driver why she kept beeping the horn and she said because the island is so small everyone knows each other and they are saying hi.

We had lunch at the Swizzle Inn which is famous in Bermuda for their rum swizzles. Wow they were delish !!!! It is a nice restaurant/bar with outside seating.

Newport was okay but I would have rather done another day in Bermuda.

All in all we had a great cruise and are looking forward to our next one. I can't think of anything else right now but also if any one has questions I will be glad to answer them if I can.
