COMPLETE REVIEW

This ship has a all American crew who likes to lean on the rails of the ship and look out at the Islands.

Slow in cleaning off tables in the buffet area, Main dining room service is terrible, the food can be better in choices.

The crew likes to make fun of the passengers and they don't care if you heard the comment.

The guest service staff at times can be very rude, a lot of the crew don't like to answer your questions.

The music of hard rock and roll is very loud on the ship, a lot of complaints about the music at breakfast and lunch in the buffet area you think

since you are cruising the Hawaiian Islands the music should be on the Islands to keep the passengers in the spirit of being in Hawaii. (THIS NOT HAPPENING!).

Since NCL is the only cruise lines that offer a 7 day cruise out of Honolulu to the outer Islands you think Ncl would do this right, well guess again Ncl has a good thing going

but can do a lot BETTER here. Ncl should go all out to make their guest feel right at home as do the Hawaiians when you visit Hawaii, The Hawaiians are glad to see you and

Welcomes you Like Ohana's (FAMILY), To bad NCL has missed the boat on that one!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Ncl Pride of America is a beautiful ship and the decor is very American makes feel good again about being American.

Don't let me talk you out of this Hawaiian cruise the Islands are very beautiful and the Itinerary is a very good and the shore excursion that Ncl offer are

one of the best I've seen in all my 26 cruises and counting.

Make you own cruise happen to enjoy yourself and have fun and have respect for the Hawaiian Culture and the Hawaiian People.

We made our own cruise happen!

Mahalo.

Our first Hawaii cruise was with NCL. That sealed it. We agreed NEVER to sail on NCL again. The second time was with Celebrity.

I am so sorry that you experienced horrible ship experiences. By your take on the "off the cuff comments", doesn't sound to me tht NCL is going to act on any suggestions/comments.

On the positive side, isn't Hawaii just spectacular?

Thanks for the review. It was well written I thought. I agree its too bad that NCL just doesn't get the meaning of Aloha. I would like to try them some day but not until their reviews at ratings improve. We'll see.

Thanks for the review, scalise12. I have cruise the Hawaiian Islands twice. Once on the old "Constitution" right before her last sailing. Had a similar experience on that ship, but enjoyed the great Hawaiian Islands. Sailed from San Diego on Celebrity's "Infinity", and had a wonderful experience on that ship and sailing. I have thought of trying NCL around the Islands, so I am glad to hear your views.

thank you for an honest review. Never did like ncl. twice was to many times for us. We will be doing the south pacific islands next year. We are down to three lines will make our mind up soon.

We cruised French Polynesia in 2006. If you have any questions please ask. Time of yr. is important BTW. We went in July which is their winter. The weather then was really nice, not too hot and dry.
