I have read the reviews from the last two years and I have to say this was by far the worst cruise ever.

Embarkation went smooth. It helps to preregister online. We were on the ship in 10 min. from the time we dropped of the luggage.

Our room was dirty. There was black mold on the shower. Hair on the floor and the cabinet doors were crusty with dirt. I asked that the room be cleaned 2 times and it never happened so I did it myself. I am not a clean freak but but that was just plain nasty.

The food in the dining room was pretty good. Alot different that Carnivals food. I quess it was more down home. The sweets were great. For ship coffee, it was good. The waiter was really helpful. We were served leftovers a couple of times for lunch.

On the third day into the cruise we had booked an excursion. On the day we reach our destination we were herded into the auditorium. We had to wait until our color had been called and left by tender. We had to stand in a line in the sun waiting for our tour quide. He showed up, asked for our tickets and took us by bus to our location. When we arrived there we realized that we were not on the excursion we paid for. We asked the guide about this and he informed us that this was the way it was going to be and if we didn't like it, go back to the people that we bought the tickets. Soooo we did and they told us to fill out a form and come back. We went back everyday, several times a day and they would not give us a refund. They refused to even discuss it with us. They said it was a "Miami" decision. Whatever that was.

The cruise events were unorganized and the staff was terribly rude.

I could go on but if you are considering a cruise on this ship. Save your money. Take another cruise.
