I'M GETTING VEWY, VEWY ANGWY!!alt text

I have all sorts of pop-up blockers, and Spyware stuff, and all that junk, and it seems to be working very well.....with one small exception.

My 'good buddy' Microsoft Internet Explorer has been sending me pop-ups, up the wazoo!!!! They come in droves..4..5..6 at a time!

Anyone got a solution for me?????

HELP!!

Jeff,

What did you end up doing and did it solve the problem? Just wondering so that in case it ever happens to me, I'll know what to do.

Dan, thanks for the response. I'm using Internet Explorer too . Haven't had that problem yet..................

OK, I installed "Spybot," tonight and ran the Search & destroy.... We'll see what happens.

I'll let you know!

My son is a "Computer Geek," and suggested either Spybot or Lavasoft Adaware. I picked the Spybot because I found it first!

alt textGREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!!

The SpyBot really did the trick! I've had a total of two i.e. pop-ups, since I installed it, and my computer seems to be running a bit faster.

If nothing else, it's happy!!alt text

I run both Spybot and Adaware. You have to make sure to update them, and I run them both every few days. I run them in different orders each time, and they both catch stuff the other missed. There is another one, but I can't remember what it is.
