That's good news for us as we will get a shipboard credit for the $9 per day X 10 days/each = $180.00 :smile: :smile:

"...A refund of the fuel supplement will be made in the form of a shipboard credit for all bookings within the final payment period for departures on or after December 17, 2008. All bookings outside of the final payment period for departures on or after December 17, 2008 will be adjusted to remove the fuel supplement and guests will be provided with a revised final payment amount...."

OK...somebody PLEASEEE help me out here...I am not Quite getting this...I have paid in full and sailing in Jan. (paid the first of Nov.)...does that mean I get ANYTHING???

I admit; it is after 5:00 PM here and I have had a bad day so maybe it is just me who isn't getting this. LOL

Andrea, you will get the money back in the form of a ship board credit. Sometimes we just don't see it....LOL

"The company reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all passengers at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel even if the fare has already been paid in full."

However this seems very unlikely.

However this seems very unlikely.

I received a e-mail/fax from Carnival stating the above. Let's just hope the price of oil stays down! yeah!
