Hi Cruisesnyou...I sure wish we were able to come...Love Celebrity, and the Equinox is a ship that has great reviews, and I would love to be able to cruise on her.  Hope you have a wonderful time, and I, and others would love it if you come back and share a nice review of the cruise with us.    Bon Voyage!

hey @Cruisesnyou, great to see you back and posting.  Not sailing on your cruise but I look forward to seeing you and your group here on the site.  One of the new features just launched are GROUPS - Perfect for helping plan your own group cruise in a separate part of the site that you can manage completely from your side.  Feel free to invite the others in your group so you can all use this feature as you see fit.  The link is:  https://www.cruisecrazies.com/groups/?module=clubs

See you around ?

Hi Cruisesnyou!  I am not on this sailing but did sail on the Equinox from Barcelona to Venice back in 2015.  This is Celebrity at it's best - we just loved this ship - especially the bathrooms...like luxury, lol!    I see your itinerary has a few sea days - that will be great for exploring all that this ship has to offer.  Can't wait to read your review when you return - enjoy!!

Thanks Andi!  We are excited beyond words to go on this cruise!  I am unable to get off the ship in Grand Cayman (Can't get on tenders due to physical problems) so that will be an additional sea day for us!  We plan to do a lot of ship exploring that day.  Any "secret" places we should check out on the ship?  Anything in particular you suggest we don't miss?

We have not been on Celebrity for several years and are really looking forward to getting back on one of their ships.  We've always enjoyed sailing Celebrity.  RCL has disappointed us on our last few cruises so we decided to "jump ship" and cruise lines.  We're really tired of the smoke filled casino and silly pool games on RCL.  We have 5 others going along with us! So this should be a blast.

The specialty restaurants are excellent, and well worth the small upcharge to choose one for a special dinner;  we like Murano (French) but have also heard that Silk Harvest is fabulous if you like Asian food.  And the Tuscan Grille for Italian is a favorite as well.  We also were partial to the Martini Bar - our stop every evening before dinner.  There was great entertainment each evening as well, and you will find the food in the Main Dining Room to be extremely well-prepared.  And even the main buffet has cooked-to-order pastas and a great variety of dishes.

THANKS!  We plan to go to both Tuscan and Murano's.  Most likely we'll do Tuscan Grille on our Grand Cayman night.  I can't get off the ship there so we can get ready at our leisure.  I love Italian food.  I have read the sample menus online and just can't wait to taste!

I think Glenn is going to try his hand at the glass blowing.  You can now, for a fee, make something yourself.  We are also looking forward to playing Bocci ball!
