We did a puzzle back in the early days of the pandemic. We borrowed a couple more from my brother but never did another. I think that was our one and only puzzle. But we did find it a relaxing way to pass the time.🙂

We have friends who cruised MSC last year and they loved it. They especially liked the food and service in the dining room. 
if they would stage a ship in NOLA we would probably book just to try something new.

With us I think they will remain a virgin!

Good to hear from you Keith, but so sorry about your bronchitis and that your step-father is struggling.  Congrats on the upcoming retirement - less than a year - whoo hoo!

In a 12-hour evolution several months back, the Boskalis semi-submersible heavy lift ship BOKA Vanguard successfully floated the cruise ship Carnival Vista aboard in order to facilitate repairs at a shipyard in the Bahamas. 
The BOKA Vanguard is the largest vessel of her type, and she has enough capacity to lift and carry the 4,000 passenger Carnival Vista. The Vista is experiencing technical difficulties with her azipods, and she needs to be drydocked in order to carry out the repairs. 
After the loss of Grand Bahama Shipyard's largest floating drydock in April, the nearest conventional solution for drydocking a vessel of Vista's size would be overseas - but the Vanguard could come right to the site. 
She will serve as a temporary drydock while repairs are carried out, and the Vista will only be out of service for 17 days and three sailings. The cruise ship is expected to resume her normal schedule later in the month.

On our very first  trip to Cozumel in 1998 we booked a "Jeep" tour and when we got there it was Geo Trackers! One of the worse 4-drive vehicles ever produced. In spite of that we had a great time touring the island.

Happy Hump Day, Crazies!  Winter has returned; temps around 35 degrees....a rain/snow mix...windy....blecch!  But I guess it could be worse....we could be in South Dakota, lol.  I've had a relatively easy one meeting or event per day this week - in addition to Lucas after school.  So I was able to get our Costa Rica trip booked for early December.  This is a trip we purchased at the Mutual Ground Gala auction last year...a week on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.  We chose The Westin Playa Conchal for our resort and got flights arranged, etc.  It's almost time for the gala again...we'll have to see what trips they are offering this time... We have been to Costa Rica twice on Canal cruises but it will be kind of nice to plunk ourselves there for a longer period of time.
Ray - Sounds like you are busier than ever!  2021 still works for us...

Same here - we are cruising RCI in March and they first started advertising 20% off the drink package but we didn't bite....low and behold, this past weekend it was up to 30% off....we bit.  Not sure if it will go higher, but we thought 30% off a fair price.
