So I guess we will be visiting Florida as often as we can. But I sure did try............. Butch

Yes you asked me to post that story more than a few times and I kept saying to myself you have to post it and I didn,t Anyway we were laughing like crazy while I was writing it. The kids were here so we were all talking about it and and few other storys too. It sure is funny now. I will post the naked lady story soon too.... Butch

Glad everyone is enjoying we sure all laugh about it now. I figured I had the most embarrasing moment that anyone could ever have in a lifetime at that time but guess what I think I have had a few more since then........ Someone just asked me why I love cruising so much. Wow did I give them an earfull Lets see great people, great times, great vacation, great places to go and making great friends that last forever what is not to like. Butch

Hi Everyone GottaCruz has been asking me to post this story for ever and I haven,t done it yet so here goes The year was 1997 my son Steven was 13 years old and my daughter Andrea was 16 years old. This was their first cruise and our third one. We had just gotten onto the Carnival Imagination and headed up to the buffet for lunch. It was very crowded and we had a hard time finding a seat but we finaly did. We all headed up got our lunch and came back to the table ok all is well so far.............. My son had gotten french fries hamburger etc everyone got what they wanted. My daughter started doing something which I had to correct her for so my attention was on her when my son said "dad I can't get the ketchup out of the bottle". (Parents you know how it is when your kids are taking all your attention) So I grabbed the ketchup bottle from him the lid was still on and in one swift motion I swung the bottle from right to left and side to side to loosen the ketchup. What I didn't know was the lid was just on top and not tightened. Well Ketchup went up in the air to the right to the left and all over, people starting running away (remember very crowded) I think I got everyone within 50 feet of me including myself. Ketchup went all over me as well as in my face, eyes down my white shirt (oh by the way ketchup burns when it gets in your eyes) Here I am standing at this table no one in sight they had all run away. ( they were pretty ticked off I am sure) My wife and both my kids were laughing hysterically. I wanted to crawl under the floor......... We went to our room and washed my shirt in the shower and dried it with the hair dryer we hadn't gotten any luggage yet and I didn,t have any extra shirts ( learned my lesson about extra clothes) During the cruise whenever we would go to the buffet we never had a problem getting a seat in fact people would give up their seats to get away from me..... far far away. So this is my ketchup story and after all these years my kids are still laughing about it and whenever I touch a ketchup bottle everyone still runs. I hope everyone has a good laugh reading this. Cheryl Congrats on the new booking on RCCL Enchantment and we will be joining you. We had done 11 Carnival Cruises and decided to try RCCL for a change. This will now be our forth RCCL Cruise. We have found things to be a little different on Royal but I can,t say anything bad about Carnival. So as we all know a cruise is what you make it. We were on a Carnival Cruise during Wilma and turned a 4 night cruise into a 6 night cruise. We have met so many wonderful people during our cruises!!!!!!! ( Cheryl Wayne and Family) The Solarium pool is a great area to relax enjoy a swim then when your ready to party back to the main pool.... Thank You everyone for all the great posts I was just in the right place at the right time..... Butch & Michele

Thank You very much everyone I am just so happy that what Jorge and I did that night gave someone a chance at life Peggy is the real hero she has been fighting to get back to normal since that night. She is still facing hip replacement. Thank You Again Butch

We will be on her July 16 we were on her last july and it was at the pan american pier but someone told me they switched piers so i wasn,t real sure thanks for the help

Thank you everyone for the Welcome back And yes this is the best cruise board going..... Cheryl I will have to put those stories up here they were classics we still laugh about them. I will post them real soon I hope everyone is well. We are doing good just busy like everyone else in this world. We were on the Imagination during Wilma we were the lucky ones and what a great cruise our staff and Capt were wonderful. They kept us very informed and very busy. I had to call my boss and tell him that i was stuck at sea and didn,t know when i would get back to the fire station I think he said something like I better start swimming ( i am glad he was joking) It would have been a long swim !!!!!!

We are always booked on one it seems We are going on RCCL AOS in July and on Carnival Imagination in Nov We were on the Imagination last Oct during Wilma turned a 4 night cruise into a 6 night cruise
