Hi all, I need help choosing a pre-cruise hotel in Miami,Fl. I'm looking at the Holiday Inn near the Miami airport. The address is 1111 So. Royal Poinciana Blvd, Miami Springs. $95 I don't know if this is a clean/safe hotel. It's a decent price for what I'm looking for. If anyone has stayed here,please let me know. Thanks

Thanks guys. I was told that it is cheaper during the week. But, if we go for saturday, we would have to catch a friday flight. Are the prices higher? Maria, I'm assuming you guys are in new jersey? Which airline do you use or prefer. All of this is new to me. I find myself during alot of research.I've never even been on an airplane.

Hi Everyone, I have a crazy question. Is there any advantages/disadvantages to starting a cruise on a Monday or Saturday. My girlfriend and I have narrowed down our cruise to a 5 day western on Carnival in January. Now we can't decide on a Saturday or Monday start day. We will be flying in from New Jersey and from what I have read it seems it might be good to come in the night before. Any comments welcomed.

Hi Maria and Chris, I am in Somerset,NJ. Could you give me or tell me where to get some info on the Bermuda cruise. I have also met another wanna be cruiser in NJ on a yahoo travel site. We were trying to get a group together but everyone was scattered all over and it didn't seem like any one could agree on a departure port.

I am reposting with more info. I would like to cruise for the first time around Sept-Oct 2006. I am looking for something out of NJ/PA/NY. It doesn't really matter where but would probably limit the # of days to 6-7. I will also post in the new Meeting Hall. If anyone in the area is interested please let me know.
