  1. GottaCruz! *bearhugz* its been so long since Ive talked to you! I'm so glad to see you are still an active member on here as usual! I've so missed talking to you! Oh my, what a memory you have! I am still dancing of course! Just recently also auditioned into a full time broadway dance school, hopefully I'll get in! But my parents are very against it! They say broadway dancing is a waste of time unless you become famous and I never will. :( But if I do get into the dance school full time it will be tricky to work it around school! I'm entering my 3rd year of Police Investigations, its getting harder and harder to memorize so many law statues and this and that and soooo many whodunits! I just want to take a long long nap sometimes :D How are you Cheryl?? I'd love to hear how you are doing!
  2. Hey Cheryl and Jason! Haha yea it has been awhile! Its great to see you both again! How are you good people?

  3. Greetings cruise crazies members! It's been awhile since I've been on! I hope you all have been doing well as I have missed talking to all you great people, alas schoolwork always comes first! But I promised before, that whenever I have time I will definitely come on here as often as I can! You are all such pleasurable people to be around :) Now I have a question, if anyone would be ever so kind to answer! I'm leaving on the Norweigan Jewel from London for a 12 day Europe cruise, we will be stoping in St. Petersburg on Aug. 20 and have been emailing Tour deForce, a private 15 person tour that we found their website(compliments of google). Now my parents are worried if they are legit, because we have heard terrible stories about such tours being scams! Has anyone toured with them before or heard of them? Are they a legit tour? Thank you for your time in reading this, God bless fellow cruisers!
  4. Yes! Sign me up too! Absolutely fantastic! Brilliant! A stunning work of art! I love it! Wouldn't it be neat if they also made a paintball field in the sports section? The first ever paintball field on a cruise ship! After all Carnival Sensation claims to be the first paintball ship however does not allow any gear onboard or any paintball playing on board so what's the point? Haha. People these days.
  5. Hahah Hazelson, that's priceless! Just a little clingy eh? Mommy I see a snowman, hush child, just ignore it. It's just some advertising gimmick. Argh I hate those packingings, just today I was putting away christmas lights hanging outside, I jammed the lights into five different boxes which all would NOT close properly. I tore three boxes, and one box even went BOOM and blew compeltely open at the seems. ARGH! It drove me insane! About opening those plastic tight packages though, I once sprayed air freshener on the tip of the package cause I was very angry since the hedge trimmer wouldn't even cut though(we don't have a chainsaw, just a hedge trimmer :'( ) Then lit the blasted thing on fire, couldn't stop the fire, so I threw it in the tub of water(shower time, wanted a candy in my mouth) and fished it back out. I finally opened up the blasted package of creamy candies, good thing they were individually wrapped inside the package haha. But I wonder, was all the heck even worth it. Maybe pyromaniacs isn't such a good idea after all. Could you imagine setting an explosive charge on a package to open it, STAND BACK! I'm opening this box of smarties! Kabooey! Smarties fly everyone! Aww shucks, well I always wanted a smarties design wallpaper.
  6. Wow great pics! OOO Las Vegas! Tell me about it! I'm going there this summer, ooo so excited! Did you stay at a hotel? If you did, which one?
  7. Have a nice cruise! Be sure to tell us about it when you return!
  8. The friendliest board around, why if you looked in the encyclopedia under Friendly Cruisers, you would see one word: Cruisecrazies. No wait is that two words? Cruise Crazies. Err, shoot I think I killed this joke.
  9. OMGoodness! Yay! They are here! You must be excited, I'm happy for you! Can't you feel the excitment pulsing through your veins everytime you pick up the book! the hearbeat racing faster and faster! Yes! The docs are here! Wheeeeee! congrats!
  10. Whats a doc? Congrats on recieving it though!
  11. Freedom of the seas, taken while we were on the tender leaving the ship to get to Grand Cayman. That's me in the other pic, yay! Ah the fresh ocean breeze! http://s92.photobucket.com/albums/l29/Free...view¤t=FotS.jpg http://s92.photobucket.com/albums/l29/Free...¤t=aa2b6388.jpg http://s92.photobucket.com/albums/l29/Free...Pictures132.jpg
  12. Great work Byron! I've always wondered about the that cruise ship! Thank you for your detailed review!
  13. Probably always on call. I'd like to be a cruise ship firefighter, and maybe that's what I will be one day.
  14. I believe camp carnival is open on port days, we went on Canival Pride to Mexico and my little sis doesn't like walking in the sun haha. We left her with the camp. I'm pretty sure it's open, but check your daily newsletter to be sure!
  15. Lol, they're coming up with cruise ships faster than they think of names. Probably just draw them out of a hat. They should build a paintball field on a cruise ship! That would be fun in my opinion. Hey the full size boxing ring on Freedom of the Seas was like never open, it was always closed and even when open who had a pair of boxing gloves? No one had a pair lol. Is the climbing wall really 11 feet? When I climbed it it seemed like ages to get to the top, the rocks BURN YOUR HANDS as they heat up really fast. I had major blisters after a quick climb, bring gloves people lol if you go.
  16. Haha thats great more cruise ships to Europe! Watch them knock out the power to all of Europe this time! Didn't Carnival knock out power to a city in Europe a while back?
  17. Welcome aboard to cruise crazies, where we're all crazy about cruises! Duh! Post often! I should be talking lol...
  18. For shame Gregswife! Playing hookie with the lifeboat drills! You can never be too safe! Always do the life boat drill and on your spare time read the manuals attached to the lifeboats and lifeboat cranes, who knows, the boat might decide to break down, you can hop into a lifeboat lower yourself down and continue your cruise! Ok off my soapbox now... Hi Cathy! Great you found this website! Welcome to this great and kind community of peoples who share a common love for cruising! Be sure to spare no details in your cruises when you talk about them! Feel free to ask questions too! I'm sure many wise cruisers here could answer you. Welcome aboard as we all say!
  19. We had a carnival cruise to Mexico two years ago, plenty of fun. You have to depart from Long Beach California though, so while you are there if you have any kids or a kid at heart I suggest you stay stop by Disneyland and California adventure. Sure it's expensive and will take a while to save, but think of it this way you don't need to fly back again later if you want to go to Disneyland. Saves you a plane's cost round trip in the long run eh? I suggest a week at California, if you are interested send me a message and I'll give you the details on where we stayed(good price we got mind you and had free continental breakfast). Best to throw me a pm, I don't go on the forums as much as I used to. Guess I'm getting too old for these fandangled computer gizmos. Heck I almost forgot where my power button was after not using the computer for two days.
  20. Sorry to hear about you losing your job to the cycle of business. It's a vicious cycle out there, hope you land on your feet soon. Keep your chin up no matter what happens though.
  21. I WOULD SO GO! But wow it's really expensive! I didn't take into considering the gratuities added together! Parking won't be a problem if you take a chaffeured limo or caddilac. Don't take limo, trust me, it takes forever to snake that long car into the loading terminal and its more expensive than a family style caddilac or sedan. Yes, I was reading about this world cruise too! I would go in a heartbeat if I could! Time is a major issue though I think, after money for most people.
  22. That is one brave guy! He defend the whole group even at his age again an armed robber! My gosh, he has some courage! He deserves a medal if you ask me for your bravery!
  23. hmm sounds unfortunate some of you had your stuff stolen, i dont think I ever had anything stolen but now if we're talking about lost items, darn have I lost alot of stuff, jackets, shoes, flashlights, toolkits, compasses, binoculars(dollar store kind), tweezers, identification(found it floating in the swiming pool), etc... I suffer from short term memory loss so I may have assumed I have just lost something and perhaps it was stolen, ah but they're not that expensive and having a great time on the cruise was the important part(not at all costs mind you)...
