That’s great news – we’ll have to look a little closer at Azamara Club Cruises!

Not going on this cruise but went to Israel last year (by air) and I loved it. There was a lot of walking and I got baptized in the Jordan River. Yeah, that was pretty cool. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

We would eat late dinner and at dinner talk about what we would eat at the midnight buffet.
I've been looking at the round trip Hawaii. It's just a little out of my price range right now.

I know ... midnight buffets, when I used to be able to stay up that late!

Hi Heather,
I totally understand. It's that time of year when everyone has cabin fever and is yearning for sunshine and warmth. I live across the pond near Boston where we've been buried over our heads in snow this winter, but even chilly February rain is enough to get me daydreaming for tropical weather and a frilly umbrella drink!

On our honeymoon cruise, we had an interior cabin. It was small, and dark all the time. I hated it. We went to outsides and then to balconies, and never went back. I'll take and outside if I have to, but never an interior.

We're spoiled - balcony! Lucked out on my last cruise and got a hump balcony on the Serenade of the Seas. Awesome!

I haven't discounted this cruise, though. I keep the itinerary on the kitchen counter. Last time I did that was for our spur of the moment Alaska cruise. When I finally threw the paper out, Jerry thought I had booked it. Had to rummage through the trash and recover the paper.

I think the money is what is holding Jerry up. I don't recall spending $1700+ per person before and that was Celebrity out of San Francisco.
I searched Carnival Miracle for November 2016 and I saw plenty of cabins. I know I can book "Early decision" and watch for price drops.
I agree that the cruise is a wonderful way to visit the islands. It's that you aren't there long enough. Probably why we keep cruising back to Hawaii and the Caribbean

The Interior Cabin under your avatar reflects the number of posts that you have in this website.
As for Hawaii in November on the Miracle - I printed that for Jerry to look at. We have been on the Miracle a couple of times, most recently this past Aug/Sept in Alaska. We really enjoyed everything about the ship - food, service, cleanliness, etc. We want to cruise (again) to Hawaii, having done it in 2010 out of San Diego. Hence, the one you are taking.
If we happen to book, I'll let you know.
