My question is "how did they know you had booked?" They learned of it from my response on the CruiseCompete site when I closed the quote request.

Within a couple days of booking and paying a deposit directly with the cruise line I received a e-mailed message from an on-line discounter indicating if I called them they likely could provide a cost saving. An 800 number is provided. Has anyone else experienced this and how did it work out ?
