They wrote the whole play, the lyrics, & the music.  Wow!  Ray...I wish we were next door neighbors, so you two could hang out together. Thank you for saying that.  I've been kind of down a little, but you just raised me up. I hope you and Yuki are doing ok. I will pray for you. You are the kindness man I've met. Except for my Marc. LOL

Ray - wonderful news of Yuki ..... you are not kidding life moves so fast and moving items from the bucket list to the calendar sometimes seems almost impossible.
Hi to everyone so good to hear all about your lives - so many interesting things happening in everyones lives.  Ours isn't too exciting at the moment, it's the lull before the storm as work starts in 2 months.  Oh yes we did book a last minute 7 day Caribbean cruise in 4 weeks time.  A quick getaway before I am tied down to H & R Block for 3 and a half months again.
Enjoy what's left of the weekend everyone!

Jan thanks for the invite but we have to work around daughters work schedule and she wants to do more than be at sea.  Maybe another one later on.  Yes she excited and she had to rub it in that she got hers first.

We're doing well Falina.  Thanks.  My son has left Washington state and started a job in Boulder, CO so we're happy to have him home.  And we've taken in an exchange student from Spain for the year, so just as the nest was getting empty, another bird showed up. 😂

Just to set the record straight, Towel Critters are alive and well on Norwegian, as evidenced by this photo taken last week. This was just one of many.?

I would like to wish everyone a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!!  We have no plans, just our usual weekend stuff.  Starting on Monday we will be making better food choices and learning to adjust our carb intake.  Will keep you posted on our progress.
I am a morning person.  Get more done in the am than the pm.  Early to bed, early to rise as they say.

Great news from my side - Yvonne is out of hospital and back home!!  She has showered, chats eats and has no neurological damage. Hallelujah!  What a relief for us all ....... now for the healing process.
Jan,  I am with you.  I loved every minute of the wedding, watched it for 4 hours, such a fairytale!!
Miranda, We would LOVE to do Antarctica, but as long as I am doing taxes that is so not a possibility for us as all the cruises are in the January timeframe .... such a pity, but I realize that's the hottest month and the least ice.
shari, tomorrow the diet begins .... here's hoping I can stay on this wagon ?

Everytime I see Cruise Crazies I instantly think about MaryLou and how much she will be missed.
Our sunny weather has departed for a few days but will be back in time for the weekend and Mother's Day.
Working is starting to wind down and I am counting the days until I retire.  I am at 21 school wake ups.

   I'm glad that you're looking for good weather for Mum's Day.  Here (unfortunately) I will be working - my line of work requires that I spend all the holidays toiling over a hot piano!  Wow! Twenty-one years teaching the kiddies is a long time. For me, I'm ready to take a break after twnety-one minutes!

So sad to hear this news about Cruisetarp.  God bless MaryLou on on her new journey.

Thanks Jason. I also heard this sad news from Rose today. I met MaryLou on the "Connie Goes Crazy Cruise" in 2009 and have been "chatting" with her and Rose, every day ever since. A great lady that will be sorely missed. My condolences to Jim and family.

Oh my gosh!  This is the first I have heard of it...haven't been on FB yet.  I loved MaryLou so much, and we have kept in touch.  She didn't talk much about her troubles, but I knew that she had been having some serious troubles after being in the hospital and needing to be with oxygen.    I was so happy to hear that she was able to go on a cruise.  My heart is aching right now, and the tears are coming.  Yes...over the years Marylou contributed  so much to our CC community.  Thanks for letting us know, Jason.  My prayers will be with Jim and family.  She had a wonderful family that she loved so much.  I'm sure this will be so hard on them...lots of prayers for them.  So sad.

Thank you Jason for letting us know about MaryLou.  I did not know her in person but she was a very sweet and kind lady.  Always here on Cruise Crazies and offering kindness daily.  She will be missed and it breaks my heart.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time.

It’s with a heavy heart and much sadness to share this news that I just received -
Mary Lou, aka cruisetarp, passed away last night in her sleep while cruising aboard the Celebrity Summit in Bermuda.  That’s all the information I have right now but her husband Jim asked this be passed on and I received this update from Rose aka sailingrose. 
Mary Lou has been a CruiseCrazies member for 15 years - Since 2003 - And was an avid participant here at CruiseCrazies, where she tirelessly contributed so much over the years. 
She’ll be missed dearly and thoughts and prayers to Jim and family. I’ll keep you posted on any further updates I receive.

We had a wonderful time at the beach.  The weather was perfect with a few showers thrown in.  We visited a couple of lighthouses and did some shopping.  Hope to go again but this time it will be with our motorhome.

It has been awhile since I was on here or posted.  Hope all is well with everyone.  Things are great in my neck of the woods.  Retiring this summer.  We now have 3 beautiful granddaughters.  The last one was born on April 3rd.
