Sounds like a great trip. We love Carnival and I'm sure you will to.Let us know all about it when you return. If you want to know more about the ship, go to "x" and read some reviews. Also, there is a blog on Carnivals web-site written by John Heald, he is the senior cruise director for Carnival. I read it everyday, he really lets you know what is happening in the word of cruising.

My wife and I are new to cruising but are really looking forward to it. Our first cruise will be in January 2010 aboard the Carnival Liberty. We are going to the Western Carribean for 7 days. Its going to be an anniversary (27) cruise for us. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Welcome aboard the Cruise Crazies ship, Jim! Wander around the forums to get a feel for the (large) site, then just dive in! The water's warm and friendly. You can find a lot of us bantering back and forth on the Daily Dock (Forums/General/Daily Dock - November).
