We will be on Carnival Legend from Tampa. Grand Cayman, Belieze, Cosumel and Roatan for stops Dec 5

departure. We have been to Belieze, Cosumel and Roatan before. The Caymans will be new to us.

We enjoy the relaxation. No hurry, no phone, no hassle, just sit on the balcony and watch the flying fish.

I like to cruise in late November or early December. Not much hurricane threat and the cost is cheaper than any other time of the year. Plus a limited number of kids. As far as hurricanes, we did encounter a

pretty good storm in December 5 years ago. We spent our last day at sea in gale force crosswinds that kept the ship listing to starboard about 10 degrees and it also hit a rouge 30' wave that gave the ship quite a jolt and knocked pictures off the walls and dropped ceiling tiles all over.

But nothing like the hurricane I was in in 1948 on a little 10,000 ton ex-troop ship, the Ernie Pyle in the North Atlantic. 

Thanks for the welcome. Going on our 3rd cruise December 5th to the Western Caribbean. Looking forward to the R&R. We don't swim/dive/snorkel but DW likes to shop and I like to watch the girls. At
