I am conducting a survey that is part of a user experience project I'm working on to improve the cruise booking process. The study is a part of my internship and is being conducted to help me gain a better understanding of the cruise booking experience, especially when booked online.
For this study, I'd love hearing from anyone who has been the primary planner of a cruise vacation. If you used a travel agent or worked with a sales person on the phone, you are also eligible to participate.
