I was just robbed by Norwegian Cruise Line. I had been booking with NCL all during Pandemic. I cruise once a month. I was under the impression that I could cancel at anytime. That mistake just cost me $750. NCL refuses to refund my cruise next coupons. I have other coupons, once I use those, I will Never cruise with NCL again. Buyer beware. I called Executive offices with no satisfaction. They're great when they take our money, they refuse to give it back. I'll enjoy my cruises with any cruise line other then NCL. Looking forward to the day they go out of business.
