In June my family and I will be taking the Elation out of Galveston and stopping at Progreso, Cozumel and Belize City. We've been to Cozumel about four times so we know what to do there, but none of us have ever been to the other two ports, so I was looking for reccomendations for either tours that Carnival offers or just things to do in those cities. We're pretty much open to anything, except none of us are big shoppers.

trvljill,

We cruised on the Rhapsody of the Seas out of Galveston. We really enjoyed the island.

In Belize we would strongly recommend Shark Ray Alley. On our snorkeling excursion we ended up in San Pedro for lunch. It had limited facilities and was very crowded. You don't have to worry about shopping--there wasn't any.
