You've actually found a ship where the lobster is worth eating? I haven't even seen that on the luxury lines: the best I've seen are lobster tails, which don't begin to compare with a fresh "Maine" lobster at home. I did have wonderful lobster on a cruise, but that was on shore, in Prince Edward Island.

("Maine" is in quotes because you can get the same lobster at the dock in the Maritime provinces and as far south as southern New England.)

The lobster on the Glory, Legend, Paradise and Trimph was awesome and succulent !!!

Despite all the wonderful state of the art food.. the pizzacorner onboard princess ships is SOOO good! Just 8 days untill my emerald princess cruise and the first thing I'm going to do is get one of those delicious slices!

Random thought.....How often do you see chicken parm served on a cruise????

I'm not a chicken parm fan; but I bet you could get it on request on any of the cruise lines on which I've sailed: HAL, X, Regent, or Windstar. It was definitely served on Italian Steakhouse night in the alternative restaurant on the Regent Seven Seas Navigator; but I didn't have any.
