Hi Ann,

I'd send your TA an email so you can document her answer. Send the original email back to her with the wrong due date and with the correction. If she doesn't respond properly I would write an email to RC complaining about her handling of your booking. I'm sure she has to get reviewed by some board for her license and these kind of complaints from beginning to end should count against her. Good luck.
