I just found a greek website for akrotiri, ancient thira and the prehistoric museum of thera...... admission is free for the sunday we will be in port.

We fly direct JFK to Barcelona and then through Paris on the return from Venice.

We fly direct JFK to Tel Aviv for the first part of our tripand then direct from Tel Aviv to Barcelona for the cruise portion of our vacation. On return flight, we fly Venice to Dublin (overnight in Dublin) to JFK. So no Heathrow for us.

Good luck with plans to reroute for all who are thinking of doing so.

We fly from JFK to Milan to Barcelona and the same on the return flights.

Hope everyone has a great week. Will not get too concerned about carry ons until about the week before flying from Atlanta.

wow it appears we are among the few that are flying thru london.....

Joey, we are taking AA from STL through ORD to LHR and BA on to BCN....so we're in your same boat (so to speak)! On the return we till go from VCE (Overnight in LGW) on BA then AA to DFW and STL. Lots of London for us on this upcoming trip! I wouldn't 'panic' until later.....Let's see how things still look at the beginning of Oct. Keeping our fingers crossed for at least a carry-on bag!!!!!!!!! Margaret
