So I would like to suggest:

a meet and greet at 6 pm for a glass of Beverage and a Hello..

after which everyone would be free to do as they please..

all agree say yea...... all oppose ney ..

I voted "No", because I think 6 pm is too early, although I am in favor of a meet and greet.

Hey Joey........ do you think there could be room at your hotel for a meet and greet .. i am not sure of the layout of your hotel but i thought i saw like a room for sitting etc.........and then everyone can go to where they want from there

I can go with the flow and WILL participate in whatever is decided. I was thinking more like 7 pm. Based on what I've read, restaurants don't start serving dinner until 8-8:30. So if we meet and greet for about an hour and then go to dinner that should be about right.
