I have the Liccia Shuttle Company booked to pick us up at the Embassy Suites at Miami Airport the day of our cruise and have them booked on the 20th to pick us up at the port and take us to the airport.

I get nervous with things like this. Has anyone ever used them and know them to be reliable. I hate to say this but when I call them on the phone the young lady does not speak very good english and I am not sure I am getting my point across.
