Congrats. Aren't grandkids just the best? Ours is 5 1/2 and absolutely the greatest joy in our lives.

Yes indeed. I can't believe how one little being that I just met 7 weeks ago can have me so totally wrapped around his finger!

I told my daughter that I will have to buy lot's of internet time on the ship so I can get updates and pictures of him while we're gone. I mean after all...18 days away from him!!!

Luckily, ours talks up a storm so I told him I would call him from every port so I could hear all about his day. You love your kids with all your heart and think nothing could be better than that but then the grandkids come along and it is such a totally different relationship. Maybe because we get to love and spoil them but don't have to deal with all the discipline and day to day stuff. I want lots more grandkids, but no one is listening to me.

The best part is now you can buy all the really loud toys for them and then send the toys home with them!!
