Thank you folks for your messages. Donna has to go the travel bureau during the 2nd week of January to receive her voucher for the cruise. It's likely the local press photographer will be there and, if this is so we'll post a copy on this board. As we have 2 cruises already booked for 2008 we may leave our choice for 2009. Once we know ALL the details about this win we'll have an idea of the true value (taxes included) I personally would love a trip on the QM2 from Florida to the Caribbean (10 days). But Donna will probably go for Carnival once again which of course would be O.K. too.

Hi Folks,

Over the Xmas period we visited a shopping centre not far from our home. There was a free entry competition put out by the shopping centre's travel bureau for a cruise. Anyone could enter without purchase. You just had to fill in a simple form, drop it into the nearest entry box. Well guess what? My wife Donna's name was drawn and we were notified by telephone of the result. Needless to say at first we were very sceptical and thought there must be a catch. So today I went to this shopping centre's administration office along with a visit to the travel bureau. Lo and behold it was all true! We can choose any cruiseline or an All Inclusive holiday. For sure we will pick a cruise. This wonderful unexpected surprise comes just 3 weeks before our holiday on the Carnival Miracle. The prize is good for over a year so we're not yet sure of the destination.
