Ellie - we need your "pearls of wisdom" along with everyone elses thoughts to make this the best cruise we have ever had. Once I begin researching hotels I will need imput from everyone.

Mary Lou; for the pre cruise dinner, maybe you would want to check with Iberia Portuguese Restaurant, in Newark right behind Penn Station. They might have a room for a large group such as ours could occupy.

Hector - Will definately check out that restaurant once we find a hotel and see how far away from the restaurant it is.

Hello Crazie Explorers; checking in and saying hi since I just got home from work. Mary Lou there is no rush, go ahead and do the accomodations research first, and then the Restaurant will fall into place. I got a big chucke out Ellie's tour of beautiful Bayone included with the Hotel package I believe? I for one would not like to be the pre-cruise muggin' victim in lovely Bayonne so I would pass on that Excursion.... Again I am also concentrating on my upcoming cruise on Oasis in Oct. Ellie I will take lots of pics and fill everyone in on the Oasis

Hi - I'm still here, but have nothing to add since I have never been to Bayonne before. And with all that is going on right now in my life, I just don't have the time to respond to everything. But, I am reading! Please keep up the planning so I can dream!
