Water Taxi in Fort Lauderdale

We'll be in Ft. Lauderdale in November and I've looked up using the "Water Taxi" which goes to many hotels and various places in Ft. Lauderdale. I forgot to look up the cost. Has anyone used this before? Is it pretty reliable and a safe mode of transportation at night? If we go to a restaurant away from our hotel, I'd like to use this water taxi. If not, I guess a city bus would do. We've taken the water taxi up in Vancouver and their various rail systems and they are great.

  • 2 weeks later...

I also have a water taxi question: Which route is the best/prettiest/most interesting to take? We will also be using the water taxi for the first time in October with our South African cruise companions.
