Secret Cabins

Did you know that the Carnival Glory has lower deck, inside room categories with portholes?  Way cool and they are the cheapest staterooms on the ship!

Yep, they are Catagory PT cabins, far forward and oly about four on each side of the ship.  I"ve even sailed in one.  Not bad at all.  They are the same price as an inside cabin. They are available on a lot of Carnival ships, don't want to say "all" because I'm not sure of that.

I'm booked on a PT cabin on Ecstasy, 2 portholes, same price as an interior cabin.

Our balcony on the Glory was almost at the very end of the ship. It was huge. TWO huge windows and the door to open the balcony. When Marcy opened the connecting door, we were almost the entire port backside of the ship.

I had no knowledge of this but I wouldn't want to stay in one except for visiting another passenger. They have portholes? Does that mean you are staring out at ocean (beneath the surface)?

This sounds so cool to me. I am going to check this out more. What a neat thing to do, at least for one cruise. Glad I caught this post. Any other cruise lines have rooms like this?

There are no passenger cabins below the water line. These cabins exist on the other ships too.
