I would like to see them stop at more US ports. Like a cruise leaving from Tampa and traveling to Galveston, New Orleans, Puerto Rico, Aruba and Key West. Or one going from Tampa to Key West, Charleston and the Bahamas.

Be more proactive in providing support, assistance, resources for Handicapped Cruisers

Offer higher quality food in the non-specialty dining venues. You shouldn't have to pay $25 or more for a decent dinner.

New itineraries in the Caribbean would do it for me - as would totally new exciting, gourmet, elegant meals in the diningroom. The current dinners in the diningrooms of our cruiselines are so predictable.

I think a Cruise Line could get more business by having a department that helps you obtain paperwork needs to cruise and give some tips on what to pack, bring with you and have a welcome packet in every room on board Thanks Mary
