Thanks for the list. Too bad they aren’t all like Royal Caribbean and Celebrity so you could get “credit” for all of your past cruises in their loyalty programs!

IIRC

Carnival Used to Have Something Called V.I.P.

It was the Back of some of the Criuse Planers for their Brands

Vacation Interchange Privileges V.I.P. program

Vacation Interchange Privileges:

You Get Recognition for the Level/Points You Have in One Loyalty Program of a Carnival Brand would be honoured on another Carnival Brand

E.g. since my parents & I went on one Princess cruise we started to receive mailings from HAL. In some of them it would state: Since we had been on a sister line to HAL & are Gold Members in Captain’s Circle we would get the same benefits as a Star Mariner Aboard a HAL Ship {Or Something to that effect}

Yeah, we get the newsletters, emails and the ability to book under some past passenger rate codes (not all) of lines we have yet to sail – mostly Holland America and Cunard (and Princess before we actually sailed them). Basically the pre-booking benefits of a past passenger. But we haven’t seen anything where we would be entitled to the ship-board perks. :sad2:

Oh well, I guess we’ll just have to go on more cruises to earn those benefits too! :biggrin:
