Guests can choose from a vast array of restaurants serving delectable dining, from sushi and hibachi to freshly made pasta at Jamie's Italian, and tasty bar bites and arcade games from Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade. An exciting nightlife scene will come alive across a lineup of bars and lounges, including the new tiki-chic Bamboo Room. There are also a range of activities during the day, featuring rock climbing, ice skating and surfing – Royal Caribbean signatures – as well as Sky Pad, the new virtual reality, bungee trampoline experience; an Escape Room adventure for friends, families and strangers alike to team up and solve a puzzle before time runs out; and glow-in-the-dark laser tag.

WOD on the Waves will depart from Miami on Jan. 21, 2019, and visit Nassau, Bahamas and Royal Caribbean's private island CocoCay, Bahamas, before returning to Miami on Jan. 25, 2019.

While they maybe able to pull off a cruise or two, I do not see this as a market with much growth. We are talking about cruise ships here and the whole cruise industry is built on overfeed them, lots of adults drinks, entertain them, and they will be happy.   Kind of like trying to sell Halloween as a fitness holiday for kids.

The lineup they have also seems to be very week. I think they could sell more fitness cruises if the hired stars had more profile. The US Olympic Volleyball Team for example, would sell more cruises.

While the list is fitness stars no real "All American Stars" . That said it is in no way to downplay the USN Seals on the list, they are true American Heroes.  But they need to bring the American Pubic into the marketing, so they need high profile names.

I’ve stepped up my fitness routine and even went to the gym nearly every day on my last couple of cruises. So proud of myself. Somehow, though, on a fitness cruise filled with six- pack abs, I’d feel very much like the Stay Puft Marshmallow.

This is a cruise that I could sure use, but very unlikely that I could keep up with everything, and Jan, I'm also the marshmallow.  LOL  Congrats on how good you are doing, though.  And ExPat...I'm sure I would miss the adult drinks and food and entertainment also.  LOL  It only shows that I would really need a cruise like this though.  LOL
