Hello-
My best friend and I are looking into a moms/kids cruise, since neither of our husbands are interested. We would like to find a "kid friendly" cruise, leaving late June or July. We have no preference as to where we go, or whether we leave from our home port (Boston) or have to fly, whichever ends up being more economical. The cruises I have seen leaving Boston are all 6-7 nights, so maybe flying and doing a 3-4 night cruise would be better. What we are most concerned with is finding a cruise where both our kids and ourselves can have fun. We are not into casinos or staying out late...more the good food, good sun, good book types. Our kids are all pretty lively, athletic, and would need some activities that let them expend energy. Kids ages are 12, 10 and 8, we will also have an 18 year old daughter with us, and (possibly) her friend. Any help would be appreciated, also some guidebook recommendations too. Thanks!
