Yes, I'm finally beginning to de-stress a bit. I don't normally drink but I told my hubby that I was going to have either a daqauri or a margaretta on our veranda the first night. Heck, I may have both of them! :)

Hey everyone, I posted on here a while back and now we're just waiting on our docs. We still have to buy luggage and some clothes, also manage to get 4 dogs to the kennels the day before we leave as well as some other odds and ends to do. I had forgotten how stressful packing and coordinating everything was for a trip. I just know I'll forget something...I always do I'm going to be checking over the site's packing list and packing tips this weekend hoping to get myself organized. Wish me luck!

Greetings everyone! My husband and I are booked on the Maasdam Canada/New England cruise from Boston to Montreal on September 1, 2007. We have never been on a cruise before so we are totally clueless about what to expect. We are staying in the verandah suite BA124 - I'm hoping this is a good location. I have a few questions already... Should we use travelers checks or credit/debit card? Is it best to book shore excursions online or wait until we get onboard? Is internet service extra? Seasickness - what's the best remedy? Any advice or tips for us newbies would be greatly appreciated If anyone has cruised on this ship before or taken the Canada/New England trip I'd like to hear about your experience also.
