Hi! We are planning to book a cruise from LA to Hawaii on Princess and are trying to decide the best month to go. Would the seas be better in late October/early November or would it be OK in January? Does anyone have any thoughts about this? Our preference is really January, being from the rainy PNW, but our friends (who we will be traveling with) are encouraging late October for better sea weather as well as better weather in Hawaii. Sure could use some advice from all you experienced cruisers out there. Thanks!

Hello! We are going on our 2nd cruise in January from Acapulco to Fort Lauderdale on the Island Princess. Has anyone been on this cruise and can you help us figure out good choices for the Ports of Call? I'm a little overwhelmed by 'a country a day' and want to make the most of each experience! We love nature, want to get in some snorkeling but are generally interested in anything going past. We are in our mid-50's and from Washington State. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
