My sister just told me tonight that she is about 5-6 weeks pregnant. And we are to leave on our cruise in less than two weeks (Apr.26th)... :grin: Is there anything we should know before we cruise (it's our first cruise!)? Any good meds for her to take if she gets queasy that is okay for preggo's to take? We are traveling on the Enchantment of the Seas with an aft suite on the left side of ship (facing front of ship) - something like room 8070 - it's has a balcony, etc. She's older (37 yrs) and it's her first pregnancy. Believe me, it is a "wonderful surprise," for her, and not really an "oops" per se. :wink: But, surprised nonetheless! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!

I'm cruising the Enchantment of the Seas on April 26th (5-day W.Carib). My sister and I LOVE to shop and we plan on spa-ing it for a day on the ship. :cool: I'll shoot you a note when we get back (first of May)... sounds like quite a unique survey you have - good luck! :smiley: -Michele A.

I'm new to the forum and I look forward to learning more about cruising... the seas, that is - I'm a married woman! :wink: My sister and I are headed for the great Western Caribbean via Enchantment of the Seas this April 26th-May 1st. It's a first for both of us! :grin: We took the chance to treat ourselves and actually have an outside cabin on the 8th Deck with a balcony - woohoo!! :cheesy: I've purchased my extra outlet glade air freshener, my 1 and 2 gallon ziploc baggies, and definitely enough travel sized items of all other things. Yes - an extra swim suit or two, as well! Learned on SoapTalk how to pack my luggage (sorry, I did say SoapTalk!) - stuffing shoes with socks inside other shoes, etc. I've purchased two books on travelling the Western Carib. So, I think I'm set. Any other suggestions? I'm taking my sister, not my children or DH - so I'm ready for some FUN<]!! :cool: -Michele
