    Our first cruise was on the Carnival Conquest. It sailed out of Gulfport because the river was too high for the Conquest to pass under a power line in New Orleans. I believe this was in February or March of 2003. We took my DW parents for a cruise on their 50th anniversary. It was great. We have been on 10 other Carnival cruises including another one on the Conquest.
