Hi Mercedes, My cruise is starting on 3rd June, 2008. We fly from Australia to Singapore, 2 nights in Singapore, then fly to London, catch connecting flight to Rome, spend 3 nights in Rome and then board the ship (phew!!). We have been given an allocation for our rooms on Verandah deck of Carnival Freedom. They seem to be right up near the front of the ship and I was wondering if that would be a noisy area. would anyone know where the quieter rooms are located on the Freedom? I have trouble a lot of trouble sleeping....Also, has anyone been on the Western Meditteranean cruise and could give me any tips? I have only been on one cruise which was the Pacific cruise from Sydney around the islands. Thanks
