Does anyone know if NCL have organic wines? ?

We are on the June 17 sailing. My friend and i will be in the solo cabins, really looking forwars to it! Are we able to just hop on cruise ship bus or does it need to be part of an excursion. Also i read about the hop on/off bus, a good option or not? Thanks, Miss C.

Hi everyone, doing the Epic in June and was wondering about buying a ticket to get to Rome by bus and then go off by ourselves or is the full excursions better and more safe. Thanks

We are taking a cruise to the Med. in June 2010 and was wondering about the average ages between Princess ,HAL, and Celebrity. We are in our late 40's and our parents are in their mid 70's. Both sets are fairly active. Some have mentioned that HAL is almost entirely seniors in the upper ages range. If i could get a better idea of some age ranges so i could book as soon as possible or if anyone has a cruise line preference. Any info would be appreciated. thanks sparki161

We are starting to look for a cruise for July 2010 (25 wed. ann.) and was wondering if there is a cruise line more suited for europe or are they all the same in that they are in Europe? This is a biggy for us and we want to do it right! Any input for best lines or faves would be appreciated...and oh yeah, its gonna be a suite!!!

Hi all, we are going on our second cruise with the kids and when i called our agent to tell him we found a good price on the Norwegian Dawn, he said to keep an open mind about the service and staff, that the cruise line is having troubles and that is why the prices are so low,(one persons low is another persons "i screwed up the budget" low!). what gives? are they really in financial trouble? any info would be really nice...thanks

I have been looking at cruise sites and often come upon the "free upgrade"slogan. Could someone please explain to me what this means? None of the sites explain , so i guess i'm supposed to know it! But i don't. :huh: thanks in advance...sparki

Well we did our first cruise this past March, (Carnival Miracle-7 days). WOW what fun we had! I just got the kids school calendar for the upcoming school year and we are aiming for mid April! Will have to see how my minister of finance(DH) feels about that one!!! Hell hath no fury like a woman wanting to go on another cruise!!! :grin:

Man oh man i got it bad!! i got off the ship on march 27 and today is like the first day i can come back to say hi! Its 32 and raining for the past 3 days. I miss the towel animals! Even though some of the piles of laundry looks similar to animals, its not the same. On the bright side, we have begun talking about taking another. So i will keep my hopes up and hopefully the weather will warm up so i can save my tan!!! LOL

carnival For those of you sailing march 12....please go read this notice!

Hi all! I have a question. We sail in about 2 weeks and have not booked any shore excursions. We can't seem to decide, they all look like fun. Is it okay to wait and play it by ear as we get to each port of call? I know its a first cruise and all, but we are the "day at the beach can be just as exciting as parachuting" kinda people. go with the flow and all that. Has anybody not booked ahead of time and been disappointed? Or is it not that big a deal? Gotta say i'm startin to stress out just a smidge! LOL Thanx for any info.

Got home today and opened the mailbox, and there they were! Just glistening in the afternoon sun! It was a thing of beauty!! I can't hardly believe it. Even the luggage tags are pretty! I wanted to let everyone know! Now it seems real. Now i'm gonna grab a coffe and read every word of them.....geez now i really can't wait!!

I keep reading about room service this and room service that. How does it work on carnival ships? Could i actually sit on my balcony in the morn and enjoy my o.j.? Is it just in the mornings?

I would like to know what are the "must haves" for a cruise. I am a first timer and would like to bring all my comforts of home. How do you narrow it down? Are there things you wouldn't travel without? Or maybe next time, leave them at home? Any tips would help, thanx. :huh:

We were wondering if we are able to bring a few munchies on board with us. Stuff like our favorite chips and things of that nature. Also, are we allowed to bring some pop and bottled water? By the way how do they feel about us bringing our own bottle or two of our fave wine just for our own use in our cabin? thanx!

My cabin # is 7200. I have no docs yet and have scoured the net looking for pics but so far, nothing. I was just curious as to the size of the balcony compared to a regular size. Its our first cruise and i wanna know everything. Thanks anyhoo

Could someone tell me the differences between the regular balcony and the extended one? We sail on Carnival Miracle and we have an extended balcony. Is there really that much of a difference??
