    BREAKING NEWS: Those leaves up in the trees in the city of Saginaw.....Must now be placed into bags or cans. DO NOT rake them into the streets. The city WILL NOT be using the leaf trucks anymore. Saving the city $70K. So start bagging your leaves. Bags or Yard waste cans will be collected until the end of November
