Value<]....you can't take the same level of service vacation on a land based for the same amount of money. Relaxation<]....you get on board and once that ship sails away, all worries are gone. I don't have to drive. I don't have to find a restaurant. I can choose to do lots of stuff all day, or nothing all day.

I am sooo upset with myself!!!!! Cheryl told me that sail-away was at 4 pm. Dumb blonde me forgot about the time difference. So I went grocery shopping......careful to be back by 3:30 so I could watch sail away and post pictures here. I rush in....bring up the camera......NO CRUISE SHIP!!!

Just got off the phone with Cheryl. She's busy "repacking". *LOL* For all you Carnival experts...is this a Carnival ship? From the angle I can't see the whale tail or the writing on the side. She says she doesn't think there are any other ships in port....just want to make sure I'm watching the right ship today...

Hey Gang! Just talked to Cheryl. Her and Greg are in Galveston now. Unbeknownst to them there is a motorcycle convention in town. Now she knows why it was so hard to get a hotel room! They were on their way to dinner with their friends while I was talking to Cheryl....all of a sudden I hear Cheryl say..."Greg! Turn your head forward! " Apparently some biker chick was flashing him! *LMAO* And she said it wasn't the first pair of boobs they had seen today! Anyways.....stay tuned here....tomorrow I'll post pics of their ship in port and of the sail away.
