We cruise quite often and we did the Baltic on Princess a year ago. We were in a Vista Suite and missed the butler service we receive on Celebrity. For the amount of money we paid, I felt we should have received more in the way of service and amenities. Our room steward was quite nice but we had difficulties in the dining room. Needless to say Princess was not a good fit for us. We are very pleased with the service we have received on RCI and NCL. Celebrity has ALWAYS come through for us. Service just seems to be a little more professional and more consistent. On the other hand we have really had good luck on NCL. We just did the Pride of Aloha last month and received EXCELLENT service.

We have not been big fans of Carnival and I said that we wouldn't go on them again but we went on the Paradise in May and they seemed to have improved quite a bit. We are scheduled on the Elation on Dec.10 and will be traveling with a large group so we should have a lot of fun. We are also in a cat. 12 suite so we are looking forward to that.
