My wife bought a 3piece set from Macy's. Terrible! We used them for the first time this past Jan on a cruise from Galveston. As we were packing for the end of the cruise we noticed one of the wheels was broken off! We don't know whether the airlines or the embarkation crew did the job. It was one of the pieces that has 4 wheels and can be rolled walking alongside. Macy's told us they are not responsible for damaged luggage nor do they guarantee any. So much for purchasing anything else from Macy's. We have luggage we got at Costco about 10 years ago it has taken a beating over the years and at least 10 cruises ago, though it has some worn spots they never lost any wheels! I just printed our copy of the "CruiseCrazies Door Hang". I will make sure I hang it on our cabin door when we sail on our 31th cruise this January. We will be cruising this time on the Carnival Conquest from Galveston. We have cruised with many other cruise lines and have loved them all. I hope I remember to pack the door hang and take the photo.
