Hi; We sailed on Dawn in a penthouse in January this year. Amenities include priority tender if needed, Embarkation is great with personalized service with no lines. In Miami we were taken to a separate room by concierge, checked in and personally escorted to the ship by one of the butlers while the masses were still waiting in line. Concierge service for dining res etc. Room is great.Bath tub has a picture window so you can enjoy the ocean view while bathing. Separate shower and toilet. Bathroom amenities are upgraded soaps etc. TV has DVD/CD player built in with great speakers (Nothing like listening to Bob Marley with a glass of good wine while pulling out of a Caribbean port after a great day on shore).
Don't know about reserved seating for shows as we didn't ask. We did notice some seats reserved for Suites but thought they were for the villas.
Cagneys was ok for Breakfast and lunch.
Concierge and butler service was great as they really do take care of you. There is a whole feeling of being able to get things taken care of with no hassle involved other than picking up the phone. Butler was on 24 hour call.
