  1. I'm jealous!!! Have a great time!!! Which shouldn't be a problem!!!
  2. I just got back last month from the Fantasy and the official raised seal birth certificates are fine for now. We did not have passports.
  3. The right side faced Nassau. I believe freeport was the same way.
  4. I just went on my first cruise and I booked the Blue Lagoon Excursion ahead of time and when we got on the ship, our tickets were in the cabin. The excursions only allow a certain number of people so if it's a popular one, you'll want to book it in advance. Some people booked the tour to Atlantis. I wanted to see it too but didn't want to pay the big price tag. I found out on-line that it's free to go in and look at the aquariams and all so we just paid for a taxi to take us there. I would just research the areas you are going and see what your options are.
  5. I just got back and they let us on at 11:30 for a 4:30 departure time. I have a feeling that the next cruise after us got on later because we were late getting off due to an immigrant that didn't check with customs yet. They say all the immigrants have to be accounted for before anyone else can leave the ship. So we didn't get off until 9:00 am. I'm sure this delayed the next cruise for getting on.
  6. Thanks, Rogue!! I asked every bartender I came across in the Bahamas and on the boat and no one has ever heard of it!!
  7. A guy I work with gave me $5 to take with me on the cruise to buy a conch cooler. He said I have to find out what is in it. He went on Disney and I'm going on Carnival so I don't know if they have them or not. My question is, "Does anybody know what this mixed drink is made of?"
  8. Thank you!!! I can't stop smiling today! I get off work at 4:00 and then we are on our way!!!!
  9. Have a great time!!! I'll be right behind you. Leaving Sunday on Fantasy.
  10. Thanks for the link to your walking tour, Jeff! It gives me ideas on what to do and what to see. I definitely will bring some insulated mugs for the drinks! I'll tell you all how the trip went when I get back. I'm a photo maniac! I bought a back pack camera bag that holds all my cameras. 1. Video camera. 2. Digital Camera. 3. Point and shoot camera. 4. Professional camera 5. Disposable underwater camera. I also do creative memories so I'll be busy after I get back documenting and scrapbooking the whole trip! Has anyone done the snorkling with either the sting rays or the dolphins? I was wondering which is better and if you can take pictures of the dolphins.
  11. Are there lockers on the Blue Lagoon Island in the Bahamas?
  12. Thank you all for your great info and advice!!! This really helps me!! I've been counting down the days and it feels so good to know that it's under 2 weeks away!! I'm also excited that I don't have to cook all that time!!
  13. You can still lay out though, can't ya?
  14. Is 70 degrees in the Bahamas warm enough to swim in? I heard it's windy during this time of year. Also, how about the temperature of the pools on the ships? We are cruising Feb27-March 3rd.
