Can someone help me with this, these are the choices..and I want the kids to be able to use their S & S cards but only with cash we put on the cards... So here are the choices: Onboard Expense Information * Required Information I would like to pay for my Onboard Expenses with a credit card. I would like to pay for my Onboard Expenses with cash. ???? I will not be setting up an Onboard Expense Account. So the 2nd one, does that mean they have to carry money around? or is it what I want to be able to only have a cash amount on the card and we can add mroe if they run out.. Thanks :smiley:

Not a Magpie supporter.. tsk..tsk..lol...we HAVE actually my dh went back in March to see a match....his first one...it was a home match then it got changed to Wales..but he able to score tickets and went.....was a trip of a lifetime he said....

How far in advance did you know they were being cancelled?? I guess it worked out for you...kind of bummer when your looking forward to your Cruise...

What happens if a ship can't be used and your set to sail? Lets say the Explorer needs something fixed and its your time to sail..do they just cancel that sailing? and you get to rebook another time??? how do you find out? has it ever happened? Just curious...

OH NO!!!!! ....I hope no one was hurt...hope they get it fixed whatever it was...

Thanks Jeff.....I'll stick with Embassy.... Can I ask we have the Embasy booked near Miami airport and also on 17th in FLL....Is one or the other better location for us to get to attractions? like Zoo, Aquarium? one is higher per night.... Thanks again for the info..

Hey Dan... I too am leary of West Jet..but I'm an Air Canada hater..lol...rather give my money to ANY other airline...so will avoid them if I can..so far they have been higher..so ts been easy to avoid them..lol.. We also have to take into the time we get back into Winnipeg as we have a 3 1/2 hour drive home in the winter and dark...so the earlier we get back the better.... The day we leave 25th is actually a few days after the Cruise so we could make that flight no problem if we get up in time..lol.. We would stay longer but dh has to work night shift on the 26th..so we have to make it home..lol.. So I have been checking Northwest daily too... So do you think the fares will drop just b/4 school goes back or Fall?? Thanks again for the help..its GREAT :grin:

Hey Jim We can't use priceline as its not great for 5 of us...and we did contact someone who helps you with bidding w/priceline.. we are ok with paying 100.00 a night..for all 5 of us to be in a room... Thanks for all your help :smiley:

I hope this won't stir anything bad up..But am curious what the real truth if there is one of what each line is really like? Ok, I will put down what I have heard..and yes I understand you should go on the lines for yourself ...but some i may never get on... But here is what we were told.. truth or not..but here goes: Hal, more upgrade sailing..more adult sailing...as our tablemates put it...more sophisticated.. Carnival, more party ship...as I was told on another board..that .if I don't like to drink & party stay home.. :undecided: RCI..more family geared.....can still be a party ship.. Princess...again more adult sailing....under HAL as far as quality NCL...haven't heard to much about this line one comment was it does lack the luster of other ships.. Ok, Thats what i heard and again,I understand everyone is diff...as far as they see things...but is there a unwritten catergory about the Cruiselines Now I didn't wear my flame-retardant clothes..hope I'll be ok... :wink:

yes I looked up both places.. both have around the same reviews...just wondering if location is better or worse than the other??? or if anyone has stayed in them?

I'll keep checking....so far a few airlines have around the same price...have to get it b/4 Fall for sure.....as I know to the USA prices to hot places jump up....but just wasnt sure if any of the prices are ok, as we have never gone b/4.. Thanks :smiley:

KarenUk....wow that is close ..yes we are true Geordie fans.. we spent last summer in the Uk, I loved it..told my dh i would move in a heartbeat... We plan on going back in 2007...for a family 50th wedding anniv. I did get to see the pics the boys look so cute....Thanks for posting them.. :smiley:

I have a choice between 2 Hotels..both are priced the same...and both are of the same quality ..both have had good reviews and bad... So Either FLL Embassy Suites or Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek Ft. Lauderdale ANy of you have a thumbs up or down for one or the other?? Thanks :smiley:
