Hi Janet!! I wanted to start on the treadmill last nite but decided to wait a nite or two. No need catching more cold. I was good this morning and resisted some sweets that were brought in....man was that hard too!!

Selena, hope your weather is good from now on. Your vacation will be here before you know it, which is good cause that makes it closer to the Freedom cruise!!

Good morning everyone!!! Hey Tammy...why did you get off?? Did you have bad weather?? We had foggy conditions here, school was delayed one hr. Have a nice day off. Its back to work for me after being off for 4 days, still dont feel to good, my boss told me to take off but I need the time for our Texas trip!!

Hello boys and girls!! We are back from NJ and had a great time except I caught a cold and have been miserable since yesterday. I did go out and get some cold meds this afternoon and at least my nose is running away!! Happy Birthday to you Bunti!!! I hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year

I'll probably start walking on the treadmill when we get back from Jersey, the new programs are coming on so its good to watch and walk!!

Hi Janet I know what you mean...I had made shrimp dip the other nite(for my son and he didnt take it home) so I took it into work so I wouldnt eat it all, so everytime I walked by there I picked up a frito and scooped!! Ive seen so many sweets the past 2 weeks YIKES!! Im staying away for a scale until I walk a couple nites!!
