We were on the Dawn this past June and September. The menus are the same each day for the duration of the cruise (and they are also identical in the Venitian & Aqua). But - in addition - each day there is a Special for the day (appetizer, entree & dessert).

I have a vacation coming up in June and am thinking of a cruise - but waiting to see if any good deals come along. I'd be cruising out of NY and the week I'm off - there are a couple of cruises going to Bermuda. Has anyone had any experience in waiting (till the last minute!) for any deals to come along/prices dropping?
